Dimensional Accuracy Test For 3D Printers - Box and Plug

This test will help determine the dimensional accuracy of your printer by checking the printing tolerances.  Once printed, test fit the plugs to see how much overall offset/gap you need to design into your models.

Each space is labeled with the total amount of offset (mm) for each give test space.  One plug has square corners and the other has radius corners.   This will prevent issues with pressure advance, square corner velocity and acceleration settings.  This test is only designed for dimensional accuracy.

Plug dimensions are 25mm square, 20mm round and 45mm tall.

Box dimensions are 83mm wide, 56mm deep and 25mm tall.  Diagonal measurements are 100.125mm.

Print all models as imported.
