This kit features:
-Redesigned bearing blocks for easier printing and installation. Less clean up after printing and better looking prints.
-Redesigned brackets and anti-backlash nut location to eliminate any play within the anti-backlash nut itself. Increased part accuracy.
-Stronger prints due to redesign that enabled a different print orientation.
-Hidden print support interface with part once installed. Parts look better on printer.
-Uniform clamping pressure on lead screw using tension nuts instead of lock collars.

 

This kit converts your Ender 7 bed travel from v-wheels to quad linear rails.  Adds 3 point bed movement via 2 additional lead screws with a timing belt linking all 3 lead screws.  This kit will reduce your Z travel 30 mm to 270 mm.

*A new aluminum backer plate and the printed parts will be shipped to you.  All other parts are to be self-sourced. 

*This kit includes the necessary parts and directions to upgrade your Ender 7 Z Axis.

*You will be emailed the material list and directions upon purchase.

*The Tr8x8 Lead Screw Tension Nuts and the GT2 Belt can be added to the order (these are somewhat hard to find elsewhere).  Kit requires 2 tension nuts and 1 belt.

If you intend to use this kit on multiple printers,  please purchase 1 kit per printer.
